In connection with my application for credit facilities as well as any other credit applications which I may submit or you may offer or extend to me from time to time and for the purpose of maintaining and sustaining such facilities, I agree and hereby authorize you, on an unconditional and continuous basis, to obtain, disclose and exchange Information (as defined below) with any of the following:
- your branches, subsidiaries, affiliates and representative offices in the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere;
- any federal or local government authority;
- Al Etihad Credit Bureau and any other relevant host or supplier of credit information; and
- any third party services provider appointed by you, and who is generally bound to hold information on a confidential basis.
For the purpose of this letter, “Information” means any and all of my credit information as defined in the Federal Law number (6) of 2010 in relation to Credit Information (including any of its amendments) together with all personal information associated or derived there from. I agree that any dispute under this letter shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be referred to the competent court thereof.
This form shall remain valid until revoked with your written consent or until all my accounts with you are closed and fully settled.
I/We hereby certify that all the above mentioned information and all of the documents provided/to be provided are true and are accurate as of the said date of this application. I/ We also confirm that I /we understand that final approval of our facility will be subject to terms and conditions based on the information and/ or documents provided during the process.
I declare that all statements made in this form are to be best of my knowledge and belief, correct and complete.
